Testimonials from some of our valued customers.

Hello CCFSI,

I just wanted to touch base with you. I’m completely satisfied with my new wood stairs and floors, I can’t be happier. I just want to thank you for you’re above and beyond customer service. I really appreciate everything you and your crew did for me. Your installers were so patient and pleasant to work with, I couldn’t ask for more. Your superintendent was also patient and his customer service is beyond belief as well. I give my highest praise to everyone involved.

Thanks again you guys are the best...
Have a wonderful day.

Thank you very much for your flooring referral. I ended up using Commercial Carpet and Flooring. Not only was their customer service excellent (they really are amazing), but so was the finished result. My tenant was extremely happy with the work and so am I. Thank you for referring this vendor to me.

The customer service was amazing. You made the bidding process so easy and you were so clear and meticulous about what I wanted. The tenant was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the employees who worked on the project. I was at the property yesterday for my final inspection and was very happy with what I saw. I look forward to working with you again in the future.

Thank you,

Hi CCFSI,
Attached is a letter from my site superintendent at Petco Corp.
He appreciates your team’s hard work.
I believe the teamwork attitude does not happen by accident and comes from good leadership.

Thanks for your hard work,

To everyone involved in the Conference room carpet install 3117 & 3118 Petco Corp.

There are moments in time that only happen occasionally in one’s career.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to be involved in one of those rare occurrences.
We were scheduled to begin carpet install in the building 3 conference rooms at Petco Corporate offices beginning at 3:00pm for room 3117, but not until 6:30pm for room 3118. We were prepared to work up until 2:00am if necessary, to complete the demo of old carpet and the installation of new carpet.
However, no one was occupying 3118 at 1:30, and Michelle and I discussed the possibility of getting some of the demo accomplished between then and 4:30pm, the start time for the conference that would end at 6:30pm. So rather than wait and work late into the night, I asked CCFSI foreman Randy if he and his guys could drop what they were doing and jump on the demo of room 3118. Randy and crew immediately, and without complaint, rushed over to room 3118, and helped Jesse and I take tables and chairs out through the back door, then proceeded to make quick work out of removing the old carpet. As the old carpet came up, it became apparent that there might be enough time to get the new carpet down for 3118 before the meeting started at 4:30pm.
At 2:40pm the meeting ended in 3117, and we immediately got Michelle to call Jesse for help in opening the sliding wall between the two rooms. By 3:00pm there was enough new carpet on the floor in 3118 to move the tables and chairs from 3117 to 3118 and demo the carpet in that room. At that point Dave had joined the group and we pushed everything out of 3117 into 3118.
At 4:00pm 3118 was nearly finished, both carpet and base. With only 30 minutes to spare, we all worked together to get 3118 ready for the 4:30pm meeting. Randy and crew laid down a carpet area big enough to put 3117 furniture back in its room, thereby allowing us to move the 3118 furniture back to its original location. At 4:30pm, the furniture was back in place, the wall was closed back up, and the meeting took place as though we never been there, except there was new carpet on the floor.
Work continued in 3117, and at 5:00pm the carpet and base were complete, and the trash was in the dumpster.
A TEAM of people all put forth a huge effort to accomplish something extraordinary, without complaint.
An attitude of “this is what is going to happen, let’ make it happen”.
I have to say that this does not happen very often, and it would not be fair to expect this out of people every day. However, it is great to be a part of it when it does, and believe it or not, it will be a reflective memory in years to come. It was a real juggling act done without a hitch.
I am putting this down on paper to let everyone who was involved know that I appreciate the
TEAM work and HARD work that was put forth. I have been involved in some amazing feats over 40 years in the trades and this ranks right up there. It was a pleasure working with all involved.

Whom It May Concern:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rick in your Sales Department for the wonderful job he did in handling an installation for me on October 14th and 15th.

I own property in Pico Rivera, California, on being leased by a tenant. The tenant had asked me weeks ago if I would consider replacing carpeting at the facility. I had no prior experience in purchasing carpeting for a business, but had been referred to your company. When I called your office I was put in contact with Rick. He was extremely informative, very detailed with his information, and offered to go to the property in Pico Rivera to assess the situation and to give me a quote. He got back to me within a day, had a sheet prepared with the measurements of the various areas and the amount of carpeting that would be needed, as well as the cost for same. He also discussed several options with me.

I came to your office off La Palma and met with Rick. He showed me several samples and made suggestions. I made a decision of what I would purchase and he literally handled everything from that point on. There are cubicles in the office areas at the Pico Rivera location that had to be lifted, new base that had to be installed and stairs that had to be re-carpeted, as well as the removal of the old floor coverings. Never did I have to concern myself with any of this. Once I made my decision to use your company, Rick made the connections with the management at the Pico Rivera plant and worked out the timing and all of the details of when the installation would take place. I might add, he also obtained samples of various patterns of carpeting and took them out to Pico Rivera for Management to see prior to the final selection.

All of this work was completed last week-end, and in a very timely manner. I received a telephone call on Monday morning from the Plant Manager who could not have been more pleased. We both feel it was such a pleasure to work with Rick as he is so knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend your company to anyone looking for commercial carpeting, and specifically would ask for them to work with Rick.

I sincerely appreciate the fine workmanship that was done by your company.

Hi Rick,
The carpet looks beautiful! I am so pleased with how it turned out, and so many members of the LCAD staff have been wandering through the last day or so and saying how nice it looks. Please thank your installation team for their fast and efficient work; they were great.

Rick,
I just wanted to send an email that I hope you will forward to those whom you work.

We often hear complains, but not compliments. I wanted to sound loudly my compliment!

I wanted to let you know it was your winning personality that made us choose Commercial Carpet.

Rhonda and I both liked you at the initial meeting. Then it looked like it was going to a company the interior designer worked with, you pulled us back in by finding a better carpet and competitive pricing. We ended up feeling better about the carpet choice AND having the 11 offices carpeted instead of just the open areas. You pushed just enough to remain fore front in our minds but not some much it was annoying.

We ended up really short on time. When there was a week delay, we completely raked you over the coals, you took it with charm. We also knew it was our fault we were in such a pinch for time that put so much pressure on you. We know we really pressured and worked you hard. You sure came through and did your best on this job.

You have been great to work with. Walking in today it looked great.

We will recommend you and plan on calling you again in another five years.

Also your guy did a good job on stretching the carpet in the 2nd floor office last week.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
